Ruth J. Kozlowski was born February 5, 1930 in New Castle, PA to Victoria and Joseph Wolanski. She graduated from New Castle High School in 1947 and went on to marry Michael J. Kozlowsi in 1949. Together they welcomed two children : Michael and Martha.
Ruth is predeceased by her parents, her husband and beloved son. She will be forever loved by daughter Martha (Kirk) Wheeler, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
