Patricia Ann Poole was born May 25, 1940 in Pasadena, California to Bruce and Laura Wittich. She left us on March 27, 2017 in Redlands, California. She graduated from Citrus Union High School in Glendora and went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Pomona College. She married Robert Raymond Poole on August 19, 1960.

Patricia worked in the aerospace industry briefly before becoming a mother. She was active in the University of Redlands Faculty wives,The Redlands Association, and Spinet. She was a Cellist in several orchestras and string quartets. She loved gardening and sold her prized flowers and produce at market night in Redlands.

She faithfully attended church all of her life and most recently the First Congregational Church in Redlands.

She loved her horses, reading, sewing, puzzles and board games with the family. She was rather quiet and reserved and warm and helpful. She encouraged all of her family to get together often.

She will be missed by her brother John Wittich, her children Wendy Oliver, Robert Poole, Timothy Poole and her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Robert and her sister Laurie Taft.

Services will be held on Saturday April 8, 2017 at 10:00AM at the First Congregational Church of Redlands located at
2 West Olive Ave. Redlands, Ca.
