Mary (Watson) DeTie, age 66, passed away peacefully at her home in Redlands, CA on 2/4/14. Mary was born in 1947, was preceded in death by her parents Leslie & Genevieve Watson, brother Bill Watson and her husband Wayne DeTie. Following her husband's death Mary moved to Redlands to be near a brother Bob Watson. Mary was a volunteer at Redlands Community Hospital and Mission Commons where she developed many friendships. She is survived by her brothers; Leroy, Bob & Lloyd, sisters-in-law; Joyce, Kathleen, Karen & Glenna and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church at 1205 Columbia Ave., Redlands, CA. Mary will be interned next to parents in Dixon, MO. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Redlands Community Hospital Auxiliary, 350 Terracina Blvd. Redlands, CA 92373.
