Marvin Feenstra, 79, of Mentone passed away peacefully at home on December 30, 2020 from complications of Covid-19. His wife, Kathy, and his sister in law, Marilyn Hein, were at his side when he passed. Marvin was born in Redlands and was the youngest son of Thys and Jeanette Feenstra. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kathy Feenstra. He is also survived by brothers William (Shirley) and Gerald(Celia) and sister Audrey VanVoorthuysen (Everett). He was proceeded in death by his parents Thys and Jeanette and by siblings John (Beverly), Donald (Janice) and sister Marjorie Armstrong (Wacy). He is also remembered by sisters-in-law Janice Feenstra, Marilyn Hein and Janet Frederick as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Marvin served in the U. S. Army and was an electrician by trade, he worked in the electrical industry for over 40 years. He loved camping, exploring the desert and off-roading in his jeep with his friends. Marvin will be deeply missed by his family and numerous friends. No services are planned at this time, a private internment will take place at Riverside National Cemetery.
