Obituary

The
next
time
you
think
of
the
color
yellow,
take
a
second
and
remember
Judith
A.
"Yellow
Grandma"
Mills
who
entered
eternal
life
on
Monday,
February
17th,
2014.
Her
loving
spirit
is
carried
on
by
her
five
children,
seven
grandchildren,
three
great
grandchildren,
three
siblings
and
an
extended
family
of
relations
from
every
walk
of
life.
Our
world
is
a
better
place
because
of
Yellow
Grandma,
and
we
have
all
in
our
own
ways,
learned
something
from
her
way
of
teaching
and
expressing
her
love
for
us.
Her
passions
included
her
beautiful
and
loving
family,
her
love
of
the
Church
and
our
Lord,
as
well
as
a
general
interest
in
the
well
being
of
all
those
she
met.
She
was
seldom
shy,
and
could
often
be
found
striking
up
a
conversation
with
a
complete
stranger.
She
never
took
herself
too
seriously,
she
always
expressed
her
feelings
and
love
with
those
around
her,
and
her
laugher
was
contagious
to
all
those
who
were
lucky
enough
to
hear
it.
To
Yellow
Grandma,
life
was
always
a
gift
she
never
took
for
granted.
Yellow
Grandma
knew
how
to
make
you
laugh,
would
be
a
shoulder
for
you
to
cry
on,
and
she
could
boost
anyone's
confidence
with
a
few
cheerful
words
or
a
hug.
She
was
humble
and
thankful
for
all
of
the
things
that
God
had
given
her
through
her
life,
even
through
her
most
difficult
adversities
she
always
seem
to
find
a
silver
lining.
She
loved
unconditionally,
gave
with
the
largest
charitable
heart,
and
all
that
she
ever
wanted
in
return
was
to
know
that
those
she
loved
and
cared
for
were
taken
care
of.
Balboa
Beach
was
like
a
second
home
to
Yellow
Grandma,
which
is
so
fitting
as
she
brought
love
and
sunshine
to
so
many
others.
She
made
sure
that
her
children
understood
that
life
wasn't
about
things,
but
was
instead
about
memories,
of
which
many
of
us
have
shared
with
her.
We
will
all
miss
her
quirky
habits,
her
relentless
hugs
and
kisses,
her
goodbyes
on
the
phone
that
never
really
seemed
like
a
goodbye
but
instead
prelude
to
seeing
how
many
times
she
could
say
"I
love
you"
before
she
hung
up.
We
will
all
miss
you
Yellow
Grandma,
may
the
angels
carry
you
into
heaven
until
we
all
see
you
again.
