Garry Allen Reed, 51 years of age, of Yucaipa, CA died unexpectedly on Sunday morning, April 19, 2015 of a massive heart attack; Garry passed away at his home in Yucaipa. He is survived by his beloved wife Michelle, his four loving children; Chad, Aleasha, Aaron and Jeremy, his wonderful parents Don and Chris Reed, his brother Craig and his aunts, uncles, cousins and lots of friends he leaves behind...
Garry was a hard working man; he was a project manager for Rockwell Dry Wall Company for many years and was very loyal and dedicated to his work. Garry was a loving, tender, sweet man, he worked hard to provide for his family; he adored his family! Within the past two years Garry grew to have a close, personal relationship with God, he attended Centerpoint Church every weekend, he never missed a service, we prayed as a family at meal times and at bedtime; his faith in our Lord was unbelievable, he was a godly man and he was so proud to be called a Christian, a son of God...
Garry loved to spend any and all of his free time with his family; he loved hiking, long walks with the dogs, Sheba and Lucky which he adored, biking and loved working out at the gym; he was always go, constantly on the go, all he ever said he needed was a quick 5 minute power nap.
It took me a lifetime to find Garry, he was my soul mate, my best friend, my everything; I felt safe and protected knowing I had a man like him by my side, he was my angel, God blessed me with him...and even though my faith in our God remains intact, I still cannot comprehend how or why he took him from us so soon...all I can think is God needed an angel and he took ours...
We have to accept that Garry is not coming back to us in physical form but we have to keep his spirit alive knowing that he is still in our presence...he is watching us from heaven above; he is in a better place than we are and as much as it hurts we have to try to go on living in this world we are not of, this temporary home until our calling from God and now we have that to look forward to, to be with him then...
