Frank (Paco) Ruiz Flores was born August 1, 1941 in Zacapu, Michoacan, Mexico to Frank and Maria Guadalupe Flores. His siblings include Manuel, Robert, Jess and Mary. Frank was the youngest. He joined the US Army in 1963 and earned the rank of PFC E-3 and Expert Rifle M-14. He served in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged August 20th 1965. Frank earned his Associate in Arts Degree from Riverside City College June 11th 1968. He married his sweetheart Beatrice, just days later on June 15th 1968. Their family grew with son Frank Flores Jr born in 1969 and again in 1974 with the birth of son Robert Flores. Frank continued to serve his community as a Bus Operator for RTD/LA Metro for 25 years. He enjoyed many interests throughout his life including photography, handball, karaoke, and visiting casinos. He rooted for his favorite teams the Los Angeles Angels and the Las Vegas Raiders. He was a proud Grandpa to Adrianna, Andrew, Alexis, and Victoria Flores. His family fondly remembers that he always had a piece of bubble gum for everyone he met.
