Debra "Debbie" Garcia, age 64, was born Nov. 26, 1957, at Norton AFB in San Bernardino, California and went home to our Lord on July 22, 2022, at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Debbie worked at the Diocese of San Bernardino for 24 years then took a short break from working before taking a position with Loma Linda University for the last 18 years. She enjoyed watching monster movies/shows and traveling. She is survived by her father Robert, brother Julian, sister Rachael, daughter Melina, son Dominic, granddaughter Serafina, grandson Ayden, former husband Jaime as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Nora and brother Terry. She had the type of personality that drew people to her, and she will be missed by many. A celebration of life will be held on August 26, 2022, at 11 a.m. at St. Catherine's of Siena Church at 339 N. Sycamore Ave in Rialto, California.
