Barbara L. Anner was born September 20, 1935 in Savannah, Georgia to Emma Freeman Dowell and Louis Gouzaga Dowell. She graduated Savannah High School in 1953. Barbara worked for Pacific Bell Telephone Company for 30 years and retired in 1986. In retirement she enjoyed volunteer work and was President of Olive Dell Ranch Membership in 1997, Officer Aanr-West in 1998, In Brazil - President of New Faces Council Women CNCS, South America Co-Representative of Doctors Without Borders, South America Co-Rep of Shriners Children Hospital and President of BrFNR. She was preceeded in death by her husband Richard Anner in 1993. She is survived by her children: Vickie Lynn Liblin (Hoss), Cynthia Diane Liblin (Fury), George Edward Liblin Jr, and her adopted son Douglas Anner Louderback; her sister Ann Freeman Dowell; and her companion Fritz Louderback. She will be forever missed by her 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 19th, 2013 at 1:01 PM at Riverside National Cemetery.
