Alisa Lee Flann, age 54, of Grand Terrace, CA, passed away on November 16, 2023 at home. She was born on September 25, 1969, in Fullerton, CA. Alisa was a beautiful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She loved the Lord and cherished her family deeply. Some of her favorite things in life were her grandchildren, plants, mermaids, the sea, her dogs, and the color pink. Alisa was known for her intelligence, hard work, passion, and caring nature.
Alisa is survived by her oldest daughter, Holly Smith, her husband James, and their two boys, Jameson and Jackson. She is also survived by her younger daughter, Megan Batson, her husband Mark, and their children, Ayla and Ryder. Alisa's mother, Cindy, her father and stepmother, Roger and Mary Flann, her brothers, her dog Delila, and the love of her life, Frank Bovi, also survive her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents on both her mother and father's sides.
Alisa attended Yucaipa High School and went on to have a successful career. She worked for the City of Grand Terrace for 20 years, starting as an Office Assistant and eventually rising to a position where she played a vital role in running the Department of Building and Safety. For the last 10 years of her career, Alisa worked for Willdan Engineering as their Senior Construction Permit Technician.
Outside of work, Alisa had a variety of hobbies that brought her joy. She loved caring for plants, painting, worshiping the Lord, traveling to Hawaii, and spending quality time with her beloved grandchildren. She was also a devoted caregiver to her mother until her passing.
A Celebration of Life to remember Alisa Flann will be held on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, at 10:30 am. The celebration will take place at Active Church located at 12954 Bryant St., Yucaipa, CA 92399.
Alisa Lee Flann will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of those she touched.
