Adriana Ramos Mellizo was born on January 18, 1937 in San Diego, California to Mary Cubillas Tolen and Nicholas Joseph Ramos.

Adriana attended and graduated from the Academy of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Calexico, CA in 1955. She had and raised five children between 1956 and 1962.

She was a medical secretary and Assistant in the medical profession and eventually promoted to Medical Office Manager.

She had a strong faith in God and great determination to raise her family. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Maria Ramos. She will be forever missed by her children: Adrienne Jones (Kip), Stephanie Jones, Melinda Jones, Lisa Jones and Donald Jones (Terese); sister Virginia Ramos Dunn (Michael); grandchildren: Neshya Jones, Carlos Mellizo Jr., David Mellizo, Alexander Jones (Bianca), Brianna Dugan, Austin Bonner, Natalie Mellizo Flores (Paul), Zachary Jones, Rachel Dugan and Tyler Jones; great grandchildren: Atom Mellizo, Analiese Gonzalez-Flores, David Mellizo Jr., Lilliana Flores, Leo Flores, Sophia Mellizo, Ariana Flores and Alicia Mellizo.
