William "Bill" Garcia passed away December 22, 2021 in Fontana, California. He was born August 9, 1934 in Santa Barbara, California to Candelario and Lorenza Garcia (Gonzales), they moved to Redlands, California when Bill was five years old. He had two sisters and a brother. Bill graduated from Redlands High School in 1953 and married Angelina Luna on December 5, 1953. He worked for Weyerhaeuser Container Company as a Forklift Driver and was a Union Shop Stewart. After 35 years of service Bill retired in 1989. Bill is survived by his wife Angelina of 68 years; his five children Linda Herring (Eric), Irene Reedy (William), William Garcia (Virginia), Michael Garcia (Dorothy) and Norma James (Christopher); 19 grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; sister Teresa Resendez (Gilbert) and many nieces and nephews. Bill is preceded in death by his parents; brother Antonio Garcia and sister Florence Pinto. Bill was a man of faith, love his family, a supporter of Immaculate Conception Church and was involved with Carl Rimbaugh Girls Softball in his earlier years. Bill loved playing the Lotto and scratchers. One of his proudest moments was in 1988 when he and three other individuals won the Super Lotto, which enabled him and his wife Angie to travel the world.
