Vincent Oliver Ortega, 3, of both Utah and California was called home to his Heavenly Father on August 7th, 2013. He was born February 18th, 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is survived by his mother Sara Michele Vincent, father David Werner Ortega, sisters; Adrienne Leigh Ortega and Annelese Rose Ortega, brother Daniel Aaron Ortega and so many more loving family members and friends. Vincent was pure of love and joy. He touched so many lives in his short time here with us and continues to even now and that is truly God at Work. We will all miss you so much Vincent Oliver, but be better people because of you. Services will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 with a viewing from 12:00-2:00 and Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM at New Apostolic Church, 2510 N. Mira Monte Drive, San Bernardino, California.
