Richard Dysart (Lovingly known as "Rick") was born on August 12, 1954 in Pasadena, California to Leola and Richard Dysart Sr. Rick came from a big family and had 11 siblings: Linda, Nancy, Terry, Tammy, Cindy, Tommy, Billy, Kelly, Tim, Jim and Jeffrey.
He passed unexpectedly August 7, 2024 at his home in Yucaipa, California.
Rick served in the US Army as a Private from 1971-1975 and then went on to receive an Associates in Science degree. He used that to start a 24 year career in law enforcement at the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department first as a Reserve and then as a Crime Scene Investigator and then finished his career at the Redlands Police Department as their Forensics Specialist. He was always very proud of his 10851 awards and pins. (Stolen Vehicle Recoveries)
Rick loved spending his retirement with his children, grandchildren and family. He will be forever loved and remembered by his Wife of almost 48 years Carol Dysart; his children: Keith, Wendy and David Dysart; his grandchildren: Kay, Alek, Branden, Auren and Demetrius; and his brothers and sisters.
