Kathie Russell passed away on August 29, 2017 at her home in Banning. She was 75 years of age.
Kathie was born on March 17, 1942 in South Bend Indiana, St. Joseph County. After graduating from Washington High School in South Bend, she worked for more than 30 years in various secretarial positions. She retired in 1991 after serving as the secretary to the Senior Pastor, Walter Price at Fellowship in the Pass Church, Beaumont.
She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy King, her father Thare King, her sister
Sharon Clapp, and her son Phillip Michael Kelleher, Jr.
Kathie is survived by her husband Robert Leon Russell, her son Andrew Joseph Kelleher, her daughter Kristine Marie Key, and husband Don, her daughter in law Missy Kelleher, her stepdaughters Shelly Raines and husband Roger, Sandy Berk and husband Mike.
Her grandsons Brett Kelleher, Andrew Kelleher, Brandon Key, Sean Berk, Mark Raines, Jordan Kelleher, Her granddaughters Amanda Key, Brooke Brown, Amanda Raines, Charlene Rains, Lindsey Key, Tyler Kelleher, Chloe Rains,. Her great grandchildren, Bella, Avi, Nicholei, Aria, Murdoch, Kraven, Amaya, and Ophelia.
Kathie loved the Lord and her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling in their motorhome, camping, Bible study, singing in the church choir, and various church mission trips, Disaster Relief at Katrina and San Antonio, and Gleanings for the Hungry (a charity to feed those in need both physically an spiritually.)
A celebration of Kathie's life will be held on Monday, September 4, at 10:00 am, at Fellowship in the Pass Church, 650 Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont, CA.
