James Lee Ragsdale, age 68, of Rialto, California departed this life on August 16th, 2013. He was born February 5, 1945 in California, the son of Alva and Evelyn Ragsdale. He leaves behind lots of loving family and friends. All services are being held private. He will be greatly missed by all.
