We are celebrating the life of a man who not only devoted his life to God but also to his family. Francisco "Pancho" Ramirez began his life journey with God the day he was born on December 25, 1946. He was born to Socorro Martinez and Antonio Ramirez. He was raised with his siblings, Robert, Louie, Carlos, Steve, Anthony, Jesse, Lupe, Inez, Linda, Antoinette, and Gina. He spent 44 beloved years with his sweetheart, Connie Ann Ramirez with whom they nurtured 6 beautiful children: Anna, Daniel, Frances, Frankie Jr, Anthony "Frankie", and Robert. He brought up his children to have faith, positive outlooks on life, be respectful, hardworking, and appreciative. He devoted over 10 years of his life to Renzenburger, Inc. In 1999, he decided to strengthen his relationship with God and became a pastor for Set Free Ministries. Two years later, he became a senior pastor then in 2004 he decided to become an associate pastor and join the Board of Directors so he could continue to minister the word of God. He ran the Food Ministry and assisted in the Outreach Ministry, Clothing Ministry, and helped coordinate homes for people struggling with substance abuse issues. At home and through his daily interactions with others, he exemplified a "sinner forgiven" and used his life experiences to help others. Pancho shared his words of wisdom with everyone he encountered by using phrases such as, "I might have been born at night but not last night" and "God Bless You". He loved with his whole heart and more and made everyone feel at home. We can all take comfort in knowing he is now at peace. "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" Matthew 11:28 Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the Redlands Church of Christ, 1000 Roosevelt Rd., Redlands, CA 92374 from 6:00pm - 10:00pm with a service at 7:00pm. Interment will be held at Hillside Memorial Park, Tuesday July 8th at 11:00 AM.
