Edward "Buzz" Harmon VanderHoop of Mentone, was born on May 15, 1943 in Redlands, CA to Gary and Dora VanderHoop who preceded him in death. He passed away surrounded by family on May 27, 2014 in Mentone, CA. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Emma VanderHoop, their children; Darrell King & Melinda Hartough and sister, Joni Dangermond. His daughter, Deborah Carson preceded him in death. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 1st, at Adovah Teaching Fellowship, 2116 Mentone Blvd @ 2:00pm followed by a Celebration of Life at the Moose Lodge at 2139 Mentone Blvd @ 3:00 pm.
