Cindy T. Wagoner was born on April 12th, 1959 in San Bernardino, California to Florence and Charles Charlton. Cindy passed away in Redlands, California on February 1, 2017.
After graduating San Bernardino High School in 1976, Cindy worked in retail and office administration, but above all else she was a great homemaker and mother.
She was pre-deceased by her son Justin Paul Wagoner. She will be greatly missed by her husband of almost 35 years, Barry Wagoner; her mother Florence; her siblings: Diane, Sandy, Linda, Judy, Tammy, Sheila, Charles, Larry, Donald, Clarence, Pat, Chris and Gary; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
