Charles Felarca Sr., 77, lifelong resident of Redlands, California died April 8, 2015 at his home in Redlands. Employed at Norton Air Force Base for 35 years as Chief, Communications and Computer Systems Security. Member of American Association of Retired Persons: American Legion Post 650, Past Commander; Armed Forces Communications-Electronics Association; California State Sheriffs Association and Mohave County Landowners Association. Air Force Veteran of Korea War. He was preceded in death by son Franklin A; his parents Catalino (Phillip) and Stella; and his brother Leonard. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Charles Jr. and Maria; grandsons: Charles III, Aaron A., and Andrew P. Felarca all of Redlands; 4 great grandchildren; sisters: Rose, Delores and Barbara; Brother: Phillip A Felarca of Redlands. A Funeral Service will be held on May 1, 2015 at the Redlands Church of Christ, 1000 Roosevelt Rd, Redlands, CA. A Viewing will be at 10:00 AM followed by the service at 11:00 AM. Graveside Services will be at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, Ca. at 1:15 PM. A reception will follow at American Legion Post 650 on Church St in Redlands.
