On Monday, December 28th, 2020, Manuel Alonzo Chavira-Muñoz passed away at the tender age of 50. He was a loving husband to his wife, an amazing father to his daughters, a caring brother to his siblings and a responsible son to his mother.


Alonzo was born and raised with his 3 brothers and 2 sisters in Chihuahua, Mexico until he was 10 years of age. Soon after, his life resumed in the United States where he became a U.S. citizen and eventually settled in California with his lifelong partner and wife.


Due to his passion and skills for fixing cars, he was a car mechanic for 30 years and a business owner of his own auto shop.


It was clear that his skills at making inappropriately funny jokes and witty humour would eventually be traded in for corny dad jokes after raising his two daughters. He was a professional at nuking food, as well as the skills to eat said food at a record pace. He enjoyed watching anime and spending time with his family. He was a generous man with a few rough edges, but once you got to know him, his true kindness shined through. Anyone who knew him as a friend or had him as a husband or a father was blessed to experience his love.
